The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The hotel's location was ideal. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The spa facilities were great including a swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room. Great value for money.

quality service overall. i reached the subway station within 20 minutes on foot. i visited one of my favorite spots karvachar geyser that was really close to the hotel. i would return there, no complaints.

A metro station is close by. Good sized rooms. Free parking on site was provided. Useful base for city break in Baku.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleased to find myself indulging in a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna, provided a relaxing escape from the bustling city outside. the room advantages, such as private facilities and an outdoor dining area, were exceptional and added to the overall sense of exclusivity.

The breakfast was terrible, the smell around the restaurant was really bad and it was constantly crowded. the carpets in the room had fungus and required thorough cleaning.

The best aspects were the great value for money, the surprisingly good breakfast and the excellent spa facilities including swimming, Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room. Additionally, the hotel is located in a central area, relatively close to the airport, not far from the City center, and in an area where transportation is easily available.

The worst aspect was that the location was not obvious to find, but despite this, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.
